What is Imaginess?
Imaginess is the operating system for modern sports organizations. Registrations, scheduling, payments, communications and athlete development run in one bilingual platform instead of a dozen disconnected tools.
Who is Imaginess for?
Clubs, academies, leagues and multi-location sports organizations. It was built inside Vision Elite Academy, a volleyball academy running real seasons across five sites in Canada and the United States, and is offered to other clubs as a product.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every club gets 14 days free with no credit card, and setup takes about a day. Founding clubs are onboarded with the team.
How much does Imaginess cost?
Plans are published on the pricing page in Canadian dollars, with a comparison against the cost of buying registration, CRM, scheduling, e-mail and accounting tools separately. One subscription replaces the whole stack.
Is Imaginess bilingual?
Yes. The admin, the family-facing pages and every e-mail work in English and French, with CASL-compliant consent built in.
What is Scout, the Imaginess AI?
Scout is the assistant inside Imaginess. It reads your club's own registrations, payments, schedules and athletes, answers questions about them, and drafts bilingual e-mails and reminders for you to approve.
