Accessibility Statement

Imagine Sport Systems Inc. wants everyone to be able to use imaginess.ai and the Imaginess platform - including the club websites families register on - whatever their abilities and whatever technology they use.

1. Our target

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across this website and the platform. It is the standard Ontario's accessibility rules (AODA) and most public funders refer to.

2. What we do today

• We design pages to work with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
• Form fields have labels, and errors are described in words, not only in colour.
• On imaginess.ai, including the homepage product preview, and in the platform, our brand orange and text colours are chosen to meet the AA contrast ratio (4.5:1) against the backgrounds they sit on.
• Each page declares its language, so a screen reader reads the French documents in French.
• On imaginess.ai, animation is switched off when your device asks for less motion.
• Families and staff can use the platform in English or French.

3. Known gaps

We have not yet had an independent accessibility audit, and we do not yet run automated accessibility tests on every release, so we do not claim full conformance. The gaps we know about:

• PDFs the platform generates, such as invoices, reports and contracts, are not yet tagged for screen readers. The same information is shown on screen in the platform, and we can send it in another format on request.
• In the platform, some short animations, such as a dialog or menu opening, still play when your device asks for less motion.
• Club websites use the colour each club picks. On a club's buttons we use whichever of black or white text contrasts more with it, but we do not yet check that every use of a club's colour, such as links, reaches 4.5:1.
• The demo booking calendar on /demo is provided by Cal.com, and we cannot fully control its accessibility. You can ask for a demo through the contact page instead.
• The interactive product preview on the homepage is a demonstration with sample data. What it shows is also described in text on the features page.
• This website is in English, apart from the legal documents and this statement, which are also published in French.

4. Ask for help or another format

If something on imaginess.ai or in the platform is hard to use, or you need information in another format, email support@imaginess.ai with the page and what got in the way. We will reply, and where we cannot fix the problem quickly we will help another way - for example by completing a form with you or sending the information as plain text.

If the problem is in a club's own content - its program descriptions, documents or photos - please tell the club as well: the club writes that content, and we will help it fix what it can.

5. Updates

We update this statement when we fix a gap or find a new one.
