This notice covers imaginess.ai, the public website. Clubs and families signed in to the application at app.imaginess.ai are covered by the same Privacy Policy; the application sets no analytics or advertising cookies at all.

1. Cookies that are always set

These make the site and the product work. There is no choice to offer about them, and switching them off would mean you could not sign in.

• Session and authentication - keeps you signed in to your club account and identifies your session to our servers.
• Security - cross-site request forgery tokens, and a Cloudflare Turnstile token on public forms to tell a person from a bot.
• Preferences - your language, your light or dark theme, and your answer to the analytics question below. Your analytics answer is stored in your browser only and is never sent to us.

2. Analytics, only if you say yes

We would like to understand which pages of this website are useful, and we use Google Analytics 4 to do it. It sets its own cookies (names beginning _ga) and sends usage data to Google LLC in the United States.

Nothing analytics-related loads until you accept. Declining is a real answer: it is remembered, the banner does not return, and the Google script is never added to the page. You can change your mind at any time.

3. What we do not do

• We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not run analytics inside a club's account. What a coach, an administrator or a family does in the product is not measured by a third party.

4. Your browser

Every major browser can block or delete cookies, and doing so is a legitimate way to withdraw consent. Blocking essential cookies will stop sign-in from working, which is a limitation of how sessions work rather than a choice we made.
