Answers to the questions families and club admins ask most. Families: your club runs your registration, so questions about a program, a payment or a refund go to the club. Club admins can reach us through the contact page, or open a support ticket from the admin portal.
For families & athletes
How do I register for a program?
Visit your club's site, open Programs, pick your program, and follow the registration wizard: choose the athlete, answer the program's questions, sign any waivers, and submit. Your club tells you how to pay - usually by Interac e-Transfer - and you can let the club know once you have sent it. You'll get an email confirmation and can review everything under My account.
Can I register more than one child at once?
Yes - add several athletes to the same registration. Sibling discounts (if your club offers them) apply automatically, and you get one total for the whole batch.
How do I pay?
The way your club asks: most clubs take Interac e-Transfer, and some also take cheque or cash. When you send an e-transfer, tell the club from your account, with the reference and a screenshot if you have one. Nothing is confirmed until the club checks its bank, and your balance updates once it does. Online card payments are not available yet.
What are installment plans?
Some programs let you split the fee into several payments, each with its own due date. You get a reminder email before each one is due, you pay it the same way as any other payment, and the club records it when it arrives. Nothing is charged automatically.
What happens if a program is full?
You're placed on the waitlist and owe nothing. If a spot opens, you get an email with a time-limited offer - accept it before it expires to secure your place, then pay the way your club asks.
How do refunds work?
Refund rules are set by each club, and the club's staff pay any refund back themselves, usually the same way you paid (for example by e-transfer). Contact your club directly to ask for one.
What are drop-ins and passes?
Drop-in sessions are pay-per-visit open gyms or practices. Many clubs also offer punch passes or period passes that cover multiple sessions - once your club has added one to your account, it's applied automatically when you book under Drop-ins.
How do I book a private lesson?
Open Lessons on your club's site, pick a coach, view their available times, and book. Your club tells you how to pay for the lesson, and your upcoming lessons appear in My account.
For club admins
How do I set up my club?
After accepting your owner invitation, open Get started in the admin sidebar. It walks you through branding, venues, tax rates, refund policy, payment instructions, and publishing your first program - and includes a CSV importer for bringing over existing families and coaches.
How do payments work?
Online card collection is not switched on yet. Today your club collects by e-transfer, cheque or cash. Families tell you when they have sent an e-transfer, you confirm it against your bank, and you record anything else that arrives under Payments, so balances, receipts and reporting stay correct without the money passing through us.
Card payments are coming. When they arrive, your club will be the merchant of record: registrations will settle into your club's own processor account, and the processor will bill its published rate directly to you.
How do I import existing members?
Use the CSV importer on the Get started page. Run a dry run first - it validates every row and reports errors before anything is written. Re-imports safely skip rows that already exist.
Who can I contact for platform issues?
Open a support ticket from your admin portal - our team monitors every ticket. For billing or account issues, use the contact page.
