Is a credit card required for the free trial?

No. The trial is 14 days with no card. If you continue, we invoice your subscription; nothing is charged to a card.

Question 2

What does the automated invoice allowance include?

Accepted Answer

Every plan includes contractor invoicing. Each original contractor invoice counts once when issued in the club’s calendar month. Drafts, downloads, invoices issued during the free trial and linked corrections add no billable usage. Voiding preserves the original usage entry. A reviewed monthly statement shows the included allowance, amount per additional invoice and any credit. The owner approves each payment and can question a statement before or after payment.

What counts as an active athlete?

Accepted Answer

A unique athlete registered in, or assessed through, one of your programs in the previous 12 months. Coaches, volunteers and parents never count. Archived athletes never count - your history stays free.

Question 4

What happens if we go over our athlete limit mid-season?

Accepted Answer

Nothing breaks. You will see a warning at 90% and an over-limit notice after that, and we will talk about the right plan - but a family is never turned away at checkout because your club grew.

Question 5

Why is there a platform fee on top of the subscription?

Accepted Answer

It keeps the subscription low enough for smaller clubs while larger ones contribute in proportion to what they process. It applies only to registrations paid by card through the platform - never to cash, cheque or e-transfer you record yourself - so while card collection is off, no platform fee applies at all.

Who charges the payment processing fee?

Accepted Answer

Nobody yet - online card collection is not switched on, so there is no processing fee to charge. When it ships your club will be the merchant of record: registrations settle into your club's own processor account and the processor bills its published rate directly to you. We never take your funds onto our balance sheet.

Question 7

Can we pass fees on to families?

Accepted Answer

There is nothing to pass on today: payments you record have no processing fee. When card collection launches it will be your call per program - absorb the processing fee, show it to the registrant as a visible line at checkout, split it, or build it into your program price.

What happens when an annual plan renews?

Accepted Answer

Your first term is twelve months; after that it continues month to month, and you can stop at any time by emailing us. We remind you before any renewal so it is never a surprise.

Question 9

Can we move plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in either direction - email us and we make the change. An upgrade applies right away; for a downgrade, we agree the timing with you so you keep what you paid for.
