Mail the right families, and be able to prove it

Select rows, write once, and let each message fill itself in from the row it is going to. The consent gate, the suppression list and the unsubscribe footer are the ones the rest of the product already uses.

Written once, personal per row

Merge tags pull from the board, so one message reads as if you wrote it for each family.

  • Insert any column's value into the subject or the body
  • Preview against a real row before you send
  • Save a message as a template and reuse it
  • Renaming a column never breaks a saved template

Consent is not optional

Every recipient goes through the same gate as every other commercial message Imaginess sends.

  • Unsubscribed, bounced and no-consent addresses are skipped
  • Consent re-checked at send time, not at selection time
  • Working unsubscribe link on every message
  • A row is recorded for every recipient, sent or not

A report that answers the question

Sent, opened, clicked and not-sent are four different numbers, and the last one has a reason.

  • Per-recipient status with the reason it was skipped
  • Opens marked as approximate, because they are
  • Clicks counted per recipient
  • Bounces separated into soft and hard

One sending system

Campaigns use the same delivery queue as receipts and password resets, so nothing competes and nothing is duplicated.

  • Retries and dead-lettering handled centrally
  • Provider events resolve back to the exact recipient
  • Confirm dialog states the recipient count before you send
  • Admins only - a campaign is club-wide reach

Questions

Exactly as it does for the rest of Imaginess. A campaign goes out as commercial mail, so anyone who has unsubscribed, hard-bounced or has no consent on file is skipped, and every message carries a working unsubscribe link. There is no way to route a campaign around that gate.
